The design team will provide a 3D structural diagram and circuit plan within 48 hours. We support on-site or remote solution confirmation.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for the product?

The MOQ for conventional wiring harnesses/electronic components is 100 pieces, and the MOQ for energy storage units is 5 sets. We support small-batch trial runs (minimum 20 pieces) for an additional engineering fee, which will be negotiated based on complexity.

What are the shipping methods and lead times for international orders?

Air freight is primarily by DHL/FedEx, with a timeframe of 3-5 days. Ocean freight by FCL/LCL is 25-35 days. Domestic shipments are shipped within 7 days and international shipments within 25 days after order confirmation. Urgent orders can be expedited.

Is the product packaging anti-static and has custom labeling?

By default, we use anti-static EP foam and corrugated cardboard packaging. Wiring harnesses are also packaged in moisture-proof bags. We support custom logo printing and custom labeling. Vector files must be provided and confirmed three days in advance.
